Three Days Workshop on “Back to Nature”,
A Journey towards Zero Budget Natural Farming
The workshop was conducted by MSRIT, LSIKC, MHR Foundation of India and We Trust. Padmashree Sri Subhash Palekar has explained all the three days the necessity to go “Back to Nature” for the sustainability of human. The Workshop was focused for the professionals, IT employees, Doctors and everyone who wishes to go “Back to Nature”.
First Day Session Details:
Necessity of Farming in the current period, Problems faced by Farmers, Difference between Chemical, Organic and Natural Farming, Benefits of Natural Farming to Nature, Farmer and Consumer, Role of Microbes in Farming, List of false practices followed by Farmers in Farming, Science behind Plants and its Development, Green Revolution and its Impacts, What is Zero Budget Natural Farming and its advantages, Basic Four Principles followed in ZBNF.
Second Day Session Details:
Procedures and advantages of Beejamrutha, Jeevamrutha, Mulching and Waphsa, Measures to practice Terrace Gardening, Terrace Gardening Models, Methods of Vegetable Model, Fruit Model, Cereal Crop Model in ZBNF.
Third Day Session Details:
Details on Multi-cropping farming methods in ZBNF, Pest Management and Water Management in ZBNF, Marketing Insights for the Agriculture Produce, Questions and Answer Session related to agriculture.
